Do not keep your troubles to yourself

The Counseling Service for International Students

CIER Center has a Counseling Service on each of the three primary campuses of Aramaki, Showa, and Kiryu. Our staff members will help international students who have troubles and worries caused by living and studying in a foreign country. Various kinds of consultations are available. Many of our staff can speak English and are experienced at helping students get through a variety of problems that might confront them.

How to Use the Advisory Service

Consultations are held on all three of the primary campuses of Aramaki, Showa, and Kiryu. If you need to make an appointment, please contact Sylvain Bergeron at the following e-mail address: bergeron@gunma-u.ac.jp. Mr. Bergeron will respond as soon as possible.

If you cannot come to the Counseling Center during the designated hours, you can consult via e-mail. Consulting staff members will respond to you as soon as possible.
